The Lombardi PC-308 Doublewide putter, I consider the Flagship of the Lombardi putter line, one of their original models that has proven performance day in day out for all golfers. The Classic blade style putter is very well balanced and performance is as good if not better than other similar putters on the market. This is the same putter that Mr. Lombardi plays.

First Impressions-
The Lombardi PC-308 is a beauty, a very CLASSY Gold finish brings back days from the past when bronze and copper finishes where the standard, The milled face is masterfully designed and easy on the eye yet providing consistent roll. It’s weight, balance and feel are excellent, to me it helps to keep my stroke on line. I have purchased the custom version, I have the 100 gram black graphite shaft and the Lombardi Black 2.0 round grip.
Aesthetics-
Opening the package, I was impressed with the looks and appearance, I thought I just received a gold bar from Fort Knox! The PC-308 looked great on the website but even better in person. The white alignment lines pop off the putter head and visually helps set up to your intended line, then the milled face is the perfect touch.
The Numbers-
A lot of the information in this section is based on my indoor testing and review due to weather here in the northeast, however over the past 3 weeks I have tested and reviewed on course at the Uniontown CC and this is my findings. I tested Heel, Toe and center strike putts from 10 feet and 20 feet respectively on the ExPutt putting simulator. Once I got the distance dialed in the numbers really surprised me. I figured the numbers would be inconsistent but to my surprise the forgiveness was very good with the off center strikes. After rolling several rounds of putts, this is the results. (Combining 10 and 20 foot data)
Center Strike- On average the putts finished 8 inches past the hole and line deviate was under 1.5 inches offline.
Toe Strike- On average came up 7.5 inches short of the hole and line deviation was 3.5 inches offline
Heel Strike- On average came up 3.75 inches short of the hole and 3 inches offline.
The feedback I was getting from the shaft was very good also, especially with the Toe strikes, there was NO twisting of the shaft.
On the Course-
With so many variables putting at the golf course is challenging for everyone, slopes, wind, grain of the green, hills and valleys, my putting ability etc. Whelp, I must tell you that the PC-308 performed very well. I felt the PC-308 doublewide putter helped to align me on the intended target even though I may not always hit my line. Distance control and dispersion were very consistent and I did not have any 3 putts. The feel and performance was spot on compared to any other putters I have used in the past and quite frankly the PC-308 has out performed most of the Big box brands.
The Good, Bad and in between-
Good- Quality Performance, Timeless Classic sleek design, Phenomenal Looks, comes in right and left handed models and --- PRICE!!!!! This putter is under $200.00 customized.
Bad- Nothing I can find and I was really trying too.
Between- Not really much to gab at with the PC-308- maybe there could be another option with the hosel, maybe offer a short hosel or I bet a no hosel double bend shaft would be as popular. Who really knows except Mr. Lombardi
Play it or Trade it-
The PC-308, He!! yes and is definitely player and gamer, The results the Lombardi PC-308 provided, performance, consistency, styling, and the confident feel it gave me when standing over the putt was very calming and gave me thoughts that I could make every putt . I will go on the record that I will trade all my other big brand putters for the LOMBARDI PC-308
Conclusion-
The LOMBARDI PC-308, at first when I began testing the PC-308 it rolled the ball well, as I got further into testing the putter it became evident that the PC-308 was something special. Don't let the beautiful looks fool you, it's performance will win you over from Hello! Seriously, after all was tested, said and done, no matter what type of stroke you have or ball you use, you will not be disappointed one bit. I can honestly say ...
THE FEEL IS REAL !!!!!
I used to think all putters were the same!! But no longer😍 because I’m in love ❤️ my gold double wide putter is the best club in my bag now. It just feels amazing to use and I love the weight and I all of a sudden just so confident in Putting🙌🙌

I've played 3 rounds so far with my golden headed Lombardi putter , at first I was so taken aback with it's beauty, but then on the greens it's deadly... ive sunken lots of long puts ... its just perfect.
I only have a round or two, but I can definitely feel the difference! Going from a yard sale putter to am old ping zing 2, and now to this has been night and day. It has a commanding weight and it just feels good on the follow through. Love the color combo, I feel cocky as all get out pulling the 308 from the bag and dropping the cover. I want to have fun in the course, yeah it's a frustrating game sometimes, but I'd rather be frustrated on the course, than anywhere else. Price point for the quality I received is excellent? Don't think you'll find a sub $200 putter this good anywhere.
